Composition

100 ml of the additive contains:

vitamin A 1,000,000 IU;

vitamin D3 100,000 IU;

vitamin E 1500 mg;

vitamin В2 300 mg;

vitamin В1 200 mg;

vitamin В6 200 mg;

vitamin В12 3000 mcg;

vitamin C 2000 mg;

vitamin К3 200 mg;

calcium pantothenate 800 mg;

nicotinamide 2000 mg;

Purified water   up to 100 ml.

 Pharmacological action

 The effect of the feed additive Mixovit ® PA is a joint effect of its components.

Vitamin B1 is required for oxidative decarboxylation of keto acids, synthesis of acetylcholine, carbohydrate, energy, lipid, protein, water-salt metabolisms; it regulates nervous system functioning, participates in hematopoiesis, increases growth and weight gaining rates, improves appetite.

Vitamin В2 is a part of the oxidation-reducing enzymes of biological oxidation and energy formation processes.

Vitamin В6 participates in metabolism of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates, synthesis of adrenaline, serotonin and other neurotransmitters, glycogen breakdown and synthesis of amino acids.

Vitamin В12 has a lipotropic effect. It increases cell oxygen consumption during acute and chronic hypoxia, boosts immunity and regulates functions of blood hematopoietic organs.

Vitamin С is a natural antioxidant. It participates in regulation of oxidation and reduction processes, regulates the blood clotting capacity, normalizes capillary permeability and has anti-inflammatory and antiallergenic effects.

Vitamin К3 regulates blood clotting processes and is required for regular functioning of liver cells.

Calcium pantothenate participates in metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and acetylcholine synthesis.

Nicotinamide is present in hydrogen-transferring enzymes, causing its involvement into cell breathing reactions and metabolism.

Vitamin А participates in oxidation-reduction processes, regulates protein synthesis, facilitates metabolism normalization, functioning of cell and subcell membranes. It is important for formation of bones and teeth as well as fat deposits; is required for growth of new cells and aging mitigation.

Primary function of vitamin D3 consists in support of normal bone growth and development, prevention of rickets and osteoporosis. It regulates mineral metabolism and facilitates deposition of calcium in bone tissue and dentine, thereby preventing osteomalacia (softening) of bones, participates in biosynthesis of heme and proteins, proliferation of cells, cellular respiration and other metabolic processes in cells.

Broiler chickens, turkeys, swine, cattle, goats, sheep, horses.

Indications.

The additive is administered to supplement animal diet with vitamins, increase general body resistance, simulate metabolism in stresses during transportation, dietary changes, vaccination, etc., as well as to increase growth and weight gaining rate at fattening. The feed additive improves the feed conversion ratio due to stimulation of digestion processes and increases uptake of nutrients.

Doses and methods of administration to animals of different age

The additive is administered orally with drinking water or feed in the following doses:

- 0.5-1 ml of feed additive per 1 l of drinking water (0.5-1 l of feed additive per 1 t) once a day for 3-7 days;

- 1-2 ml of feed additive per 1 kg of feed (1-2 l of feed additive per 1 t) once a day for 3-7 days. 

Overdose (symptoms, emergency procedures, antidotes)

None.

Special precautions for persons and service personnel

Do not administer this additive to animals with hypersensitivity to drug components.

The content of vitamins shall be considered in the diet components.

Shelf life

Shelf life - 2 years.

Shelf life after dissolution or mixing with feed is 24 hours.

Special precautions for storage

In transport containers in covered warehouses in a dark dry place at 5-25 °C.

Plastic vials or containers of 10 ml; 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50 l.

Special precautions for unused product or its residues

Any unused product or waste material shall be disposed of in accordance with local requirements.
