1 Policy OF Quality Control and SAFETY OF VETERINARY PREPARATIONS AND FEED ADDITIVES OF LLC “AT BIOPHARM”

In today's world, we understand that only the focus on modern quality standards will allow our company to maintain leading positions in the industry, to compete with world leaders - manufacturers of veterinary drugs and feed additives.

LLC «АТ Biopharm» has as an aim the domestic and foreign markets saturation with modern, effective and safe veterinary drugs and feed additives.

The efficiency of our work is ensured by:

the constant expansion of sales markets and products export, production of competitive products that meet the needs of customers, regulatory and legal requirements for quality and safety of the product;
the collection and analysis of data on the safety and efficacy of veterinary drugs and feed additives (implementation of an effective system of pharmacovigilance at the enterprise);
the compliance of the implemented integrated Quality Management System with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Good Manufacturing Practice regulations (GMP), Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP);
the approval of clear full powers and responsibilities of workers at all levels for product quality and safety, starting with the managers and ending with the direct executors of processes;
the implementation of production processes in accordance with external and internal regulatory documents, and the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, GVP.

2 MISSION OF LLC “AT BIOPHARM” regarding QUALITY AND SAFETY

We provide livestock enterprises with reliable, high quality and effective veterinary drugs.

We produce high quality safe products on modern equipment in accordance with the requirements of good manufacturing practice GMP.

The company's Integrated Quality Management System combines the requirements of international standards regarding quality management of the enterprise ISO 9001, ensuring food safety (of animal origin) ISO 22000 and Good Manufacturing Practice regulations (GMP).

We create jobs, conduct training, give confidence to each employee in the future.

3 GOALS OF THE COMPANY

The main goal in the field of quality and safety of veterinary drugs and feed additives is:

ensuring the quality and safety of products from the purchase of raw materials to the sale of finished products;
ensuring the satisfaction of all concerned parties (customers, company employees and shareholders);
maintenance of an integrated quality management system functioning at a high level (in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP regulations, GVP);
constant improvement of production processes and product quality.

4 METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLICY AND GOALS OF THE COMPANY

absolute compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements of Ukraine regarding the quality and safety of products, as well as regarding environmental protection in the process of enterprise performance;
the desire to achieve national, European and international recognition, business success as a national producer in the production of veterinary drugs and feed additives;
absolute ensuring compliance of each manufactured product with all the requirements of existing regulations;
creating preconditions for attracting and effective use of investments to ensure quality, safety, competitiveness of products and improvement of production processes, including through renewal of fixed assets, use of modern production and information technologies, constant improvement of economic, organizational, technical, production and social activities of company;
ensuring the effective functioning and improvement of the personnel management system through the use of modern methods of motivation, periodic training, proper evaluation of employees' achievements, stimulation of creative and business activity, care for the social needs of all employees.
